As a member of One Inc’s senior leadership team, he will be responsible for setting strategic direction for operations, relationship management, customer experience, and digital transformation initiatives. He will also lead communications for the company with its current and prospective customers. Damian will report directly to CEO Ian Drysdale.
Damian brings to One Inc over two decades of experience in leading high-quality and effective customer experience teams in the fintech and electronic payments industries. He recently served as Chief Operating & People Officer with Blankfactor, a digital software solutions provider. Damian was also Head of Customer Delivery & Chief Operating Officer at Ingenico, and was the SVP of operations for TSYS and Global Payments Inc.
