Timothy Boyle steps into the role of Chief Operating Officer, bringing a wealth of experience from his tenure at CentralSquare Technologies, where he served as Chief Customer Officer. In this capacity, Tim led all post-sales functions, ensuring that clients could fully leverage the company’s offerings for enduring success. His prior role as Chief Transformation Officer saw him orchestrating comprehensive transformation strategies and spearheading cross-functional initiatives to drive organizational change.
Before his impactful contributions at CentralSquare, Tim was the President of Mission Critical Strategies, an advisory and technical services firm dedicated to government at all levels. His career also boasts significant leadership roles at Motorola Solutions, where he was appointed Vice President and General Manager of the Applications and Product Solutions business. There, Tim was instrumental in creating the first integrated product and software roadmap and launching the Premier One Command and Control suite. Additionally, as Vice President and Director of Business Development, Strategy, and Marketing for Motorola’s Integrated Solutions Division, Tim's vision led to the dismantling of operational siloes and the establishment of robust business development practices. Earlier in his career, he held the position of Vice President at PSComm, a public safety consulting firm.
