Jaclyn Ryan

Jaclyn Ryan brings more than two decades of experience in strategy, business development, and leadership to her role as Senior Vice President of Strategy & Corporate Development at One Inc. With a career marked by guiding companies through pivotal growth and innovation, she now channels her expertise into defining strategic priorities that position One Inc as a leader in the insurance payments space. 

Before joining One Inc, Jaclyn held key roles at MetLife, where she modernized business lines like dental insurance and led the development of Upwise, a MetLife financial wellness app rooted in behavioral science. She also guided the company’s entry into the health savings account market and drove its expansion into pet insurance, contributing to significant customer acquisition and market diversification.  

Earlier in her career, Jaclyn spearheaded transformational initiatives at American Express, managing complex organizational changes, and improved operational efficiencies for financial services clients at Mitchell Madison Group. 

Jaclyn earned a dual MBA in international business from Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées and the Fox School of Business at Temple University, as well as a BA in political science from the University of Pennsylvania.
