Eileen Dougherty joins our leadership team as the Chief Network Officer, bringing over 25 years of expertise in the healthcare and payments sectors. Renowned for her ability to spearhead transformative projects, Eileen excels in driving electronic adoption across payment networks, significantly impacting organizations in periods of rapid expansion.

In her most recent role as Chief Operating Officer at Point & Pay, a leading government industry payment organization, Eileen contributed to the company's strategic growth. Her tenure at Zelis Payments from 2013 to 2023 was marked by remarkable advancements in the dynamic healthcare payments arena, where she played an integral role in the company's leadership team.

Eileen is a Rice University alumna. A mother of four boys, she possesses a deep passion for nature and the outdoors, enjoying backpacking and travel. Eileen also holds a private pilot’s certificate. Her dedication to children and families is demonstrated through her advocacy work and years of fostering in Pinellas County.
